Week 1 Sleepers
QB
Carson Palmer (SD) San Diego gave up the fourth most yards to quarterbacks last season and Palmer has two nice weapons in Fitzgerald and Floyd.
Geno Smith (OAK) The Raiders gave up the fifth most pass yards to quarterbacks last season and Geno had five 20+ point games last year so he is capable of having big fantasy games.
RB
CJ Spiller (@CHI) The Bears gave up the most rushing yards by far last season and the second most rushing touchdowns. They also allowed the second most 20+ yard runs of any team so Spiller could break some big runs with his speed.
Pierre Thomas (@ATL) The Falcons gave up the second most yards on the ground last season and the 7th most 20+ yard runs. Thomas also figures to be more in the passing game as they don't have Darren Sproles anymore.
WR
Jeremy Maclin (JAC) The Jags gave up the 7th most pass yards and touchdowns last season. Maclin will be featured after the Eagles got rid of Jackson so he should have a ton of opportunities.
Kelvin Benjamin (@TB) The Bucs gave up the 5th most recieving touchdowns last season and he will be one of Newton's main targets this season after losing Smith. I expect Benjamin to score this week.
TE
Ladarius Green (@AZ) The Cardinals gave up the most points to TEs last season and the Chargers have always loved to throw to their TEs.
DEF/ST
Lions (NYG) The Lions have a good chance for getting interceptions facing Eli Manning who throws a ton of picks and has looked awful this preseason.

Week 1 WR Rankings
*Defense Rankings based on 2013 regular season pass yards allowed*
1. Calvin Johnson (NYG) Calvin Johnson is the best receiver in the game facing last season's 10th ranked pass defense and now has help at WR to take some pressure off in Tate and Ebron.
2. Demaryius Thomas (IND) The Colts did have the 13th ranked pass D last year but I think the Broncos put up a ton of points and Thomas gets a big game.
3. Antonio Brown (CLE) Kind of a surprise pick here at 3 as he faces an 8th ranked pass D in CLE but I think he has some huge plays.
4. Dez Bryant (SF) The 9ers struggled against the pass in the playoffs but had the 7th ranked pass D during last season. The 9ers have an almost completely new secondary after losing Rodgers, Whitner, and T Brown.
5. Julio Jones (NO) The Saints had last seasons 2nd ranked pass D but Jones is just getting 100% and could have a breakout game.
6. Brandon Marshall (BUF) Facing last season's 4th ranked pass D Marshall should have a good game in one of the NFL's expected top offenses.
7. AJ Green (@BAL) A tough matchup vs BAL 12th ranked pass D but he is one of the league's top WRs and can always get a redzone TD or a long bomb.
8. Alshon Jeffrey (BUF) Facing last season's 4th ranked pass D Jeffrey had two 200 yard receiving games last year and is always explosive.
9. Jordy Nelson (@SEA) In one of the most explosive offenses in the NFL he faces SEAs top ranked pass D and could see a lot of Sherman but I think he beats him a couple times.
10. Larry Fitzgerald (SD) A great matchup facing last season's 29th ranked pass D and he should be in for a score and has a chance for multiple.
11. Andre Johnosn (WAS) D Pass Rank last season: 20
12. Victor Cruz (@DET) 23
