Tonight Baltimore at Denver Player Predictions

After last season ended for Denver is horrific fashion when Jacoby Jones slipped behind the Bronco's secondary and mistimed their jump; they are out for revenge on the 2013 super bowl champion Ravens.

My prediction for the game is Denver and Peyton Manning get revenge on a 31-17 win to open the 2013 NFL season.

Player Prediction's

Denver

QB

Peyton Manning -- He will have a huge game and show Bronco fans that this team is ready to win the super bowl under the Manning era. 270 yards, 3 touchdowns, 0 int

RB

Ronnie Hillman -- Just getting the nod as the starting tailback over rookie Montee Ball, Hillman should see 18 carries about against a still solid Raven's run D.  65 rush yards, 0 touchdowns, 3 catches 18 yards

Montee Ball -- Ball won't receive very many carries and you should not start him unless your'e dying to see one of your players play before the weekend.  5 carries, 21 yards, 1 catch 4 yards, 0 touchdowns

Knowshown Moreno -- I think Moreno could be surprise and would rank him about 40 at running backs as he is the best pass blocker and they need to protect Manning.  8 carries 36 yards, 1 touchdown, 3 catches 20 yards

WR

Wes Welker -- Welker's first game will be a little rusty and I think he drops a few passes and won't see as many balls his way as you would like, but still has a decent game.  6 catches, 55 yards, 1 td

Demaryius Thomas -- He is a top 5 fantasy wide reciever and will show it tonight in a huge game for him as he tears apart the new Raven's secondary.  8 catches, 122 yards, 1 td

Eric Decker -- Decker had an awesome year last year and I don't think Manning will forget about him as he has a nice game as well.  5 catches, 50 yards, 1 td

TE

Julius Thomas -- Thomas isn't listed as the number 1 tight end but I think he is hte most productive tight end for them this week which isn't saying much.  3 catches, 21 yards, 0 touchdowns

Baltimore

QB

Joe Flacco -- After getting a huge contract Flacco will come out flat as he lost two of his go to guys in Boldin (SF) and Pitta (IR).  200 yards, 1 touchdown, 2 int

RB

Ray Rice -- A top 5 fantasy running back will have a decent day saved by him getting into the end zone in the second half.  16 carries 58 rush yards, 1 touchdown, 4 catches 24 yards

Bernard Pierce -- Pierce has been ranked in the top 35 by some experts and I just don't see it.  Playing behind Rice and vs Denver's defense.  7 carries, 18 rush yards, 1 catch 7 yards

WR

Torrey Smith -- SMith will have a good fantasy game and I have him ranked 12 among all receivers this week as he will catch a long TD.  7 catches, 92 yards, 1 touchdown

Jacoby Jones --  Now their number 2 receiver Jones will see a lot of balls his way and could bring a long ball in.  4 catches, 56 yards, 0 touchdowns

Brandon Stokely -- Against his former team the 32 year old will have limited success and won't see many targets.  3 catches, 24 yards, 0 touchdowns

TE

Ed Dickson -- He will see split time with Dallas Clark and have a few catches, avoid starting him. 3 catches 17 yards, 0 touchdowns
